New body panels throughout including a galvanised bulkhead and new doors. Finished in deep metallic Firenze Red with Black contrasting Leather RS seats and matching seat belts, Leather door cards and NAS Automatic centre console and sports steering wheel.
Full length black zip sided mohair hood with heavy duty roll frame assembly. Full width Land Rover load mats front and rear.
Mechanically every part has been replaced or reconditioned, including a Rover 3.9 V8 Engine, New Elderbrock 4 barrel carburettor and manifold, 4 Speed ZF Auto box, Transfer box and axles. New steering box, Sports exhaust, New Bilstein sports suspension.
Diamond cut alloy wheels with 18" BFGoodrich All Terrain tyres.

- The late David Simmonite established Simmonites in 1963. He started out as a panel beater repairing cars in the outbuildings of the small family farm. He bought his first Land Rover for £45 and received 50 ‘phone calls for it! Recognising the demand he continued to buy and sell Land Rovers and realising the difficulty in obtaining parts David opened Simmonites.
The business grew and Simmonites specialised in refurbishing Ex Army Land Rovers – David was the first to customise these and to ‘stripe’ Land Rovers.
Today Simmonites is run by Mark Calzoni, who has been with the company for over 25 Years, Simmonites today has now been trading sucessfully for nearly 50 years.
