American motorhome rv, low miles 8 berth (REVISED DESCRIPTION) LOOK!!!!!!!

It’s a 7.5 litre v8 on Ford chassis with lpg never filled lpg since owned

Fully rewired 240v and 12v new consumer rcd and 12v fuse box, all new water pipes @ gas pipes Uk sockets with usb ports on 

1000 watt solar 3kw inverter, 4 leisure batteries room for 2 more, no geni, no a/c

Diesel heater, and Truma gas and electric boiler, needs electric connecting for igniter 

Full 240v fridge freezer, microwave, 5 ring hob 

Ceramic house toilet and does flush, shower redone using plastic panels 

Sleeps 8, king size bed in rear with 32” tv, bunk beds I made where wardrobe and sink used to be, sofa turns into double bed and I purchased another drop down bed over cab which it never had previously.

I shipped lapped roof as previous owner had removed a/c units and had a roof skin put on and there was just 2 holes, has led down lights bows in roof 

Few bits to finish

Needs bathroom walls painting filling, few mouldings etc

Seat belts fitting all major work complete 

Had 2 new tyres on front could do with rears 

Body isn’t mint but useable 

The steps where broke so removed, I had to replace the door so made an alloy surround the ladder was missing when I purchased so I put some sealer in holes, 1 screen has crack across it but advised on mot as not in drivers sight.

I have done so much work hard to list it all 

I built this for full time not for everyone’s taste but I feel very cosy, we have lived in it for 10 months after our farm subsided and had to retire, move into new house on the sat, there are 3 grown children me my wife and 2 dogs 

motd until 28th april has only done less than 20k miles I drove 60 miles at Xmas to be with family and that’s it

Fully rebuilt floor ceiling walls everything 

Does smell fuelly on start up exhaust is blowing not sure where noisey under load and needs rear tyres

No camera screen and needs few bits to finish 

I’ve spent 12k on rebuild wood isn’t cheap
