The last habitation (Gas and Damp Check) was completed in February last
year at 42,715 miles by Reliance Caravan and Motorhome Services. It also had a
brand new engine battery fitted in April last year. The fiat airbag (ECU) was
replaced in June 2023, costing £462.

About the motorhome:

My daughter and I run an exclusive motorhome, caravan and vehicle
detailing business which specialises in the full cleaning and detailing of
vehicles to an exceptional standard.  We are extremely passionate of
our work and each vehicle is treated as though it were our own pride and
joy.  As an additional service to our customers we offer to market
their personal motorhomes and caravans on their behalf, once the vehicle has
undergone an extensive detailing process.  Any potential buyer can liaise

vehicle and viewings are welcome at our premises near Chichester in West Sussex

A private sale on behalf of a loyal customer is this lovely Hymer B504
motorhome which has been very well looked after and cared for.

It is an exceptionally well designed and comfortable motorhome that has
just had a  full interior and exterior detail.  This
includes: wash and decontamination of exterior, full polish of external
plastics, aluminium body panels, including windows, lockers and
cab.  The interior has also had an extensive deep clean. 

With the combination of the lounge, separate kitchen, bathroom, and
bedroom area this motorhome would be perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the
great outdoors.

Accommodation:

Inside this beautiful motorhome the kitchen is located to your left as
you walk into the motorhome via the habitation door.  Well specified
incorporating a large sink and mixer tap.  A 3 gas burner hob is also
within the kitchen area.  Above you will find cabinets with ample
storage space.  A separate fridge freezer is located close by.

The living area is spacious and comfortable, and is light and airy with
a window located above. There is a large double drop down bed above the cab
that simply pulls down.  There is a television which pulls down from the
cupboard space for easy accessibility.

The bathroom has a well designed with a shower, wash basin and Thetford
cassette toilet.

The cab area has air conditioning, reverse camera monitor and built in
privacy blinds to the windscreen and side windows.  

As can be seen from the pictures, this is an excellent quality motorhome
and is a very reluctant sale by the current owners who would like their
motorhome to go to a new home and they have asked us to advertise it on their
behalf. 

This motorhome comes complete with receipts, full owners manual pack, V5
registration document and 2 x sets of keys.

Minor Imperfections:

There is a small dent on the passenger rear corner (this can be seen in
the pictures) but does not detract from the overall excellent condition of the
vehicle.

near Chichester in West Sussex and viewings can be arranged at this location.
