Van Morrison is 5.5 metres long and 2.5 metres high. This makes it easy to stand up in for most adults and roomy enough inside, with a double bed and a seating area, as well as a large garage space, while still being short enough to be easily manoeuvrable. I have loved driving and living in this van in the two years that I have had it. It has three comfortable seats and a bright, roomy cab with great visibility. It drives very smoothly and its 2.3L diesel engine means it has plenty of power. The mileage is 149,670. This is not expected to increase before the sale. This was originally a freight van so most of these miles were motorway miles and it was serviced regularly during this time. In the two years I have owned it, the work I have had done includes: New brake pads, discs and callipers on all 4 wheels. New tires on all 4 wheels. New in tank lift pump (fuel pump). New windscreen wiper motor and windscreen washer pump. This means that a lot of the wear and tear issues that you would expect at this mileage have already been tackled, meaning that it is fit to head out on new adventures. It has a fresh MOT, valid until 12th March 2025. The van’s bodywork  is in good condition. Minor issues are: A dent on the left hand sill, beneath the passage door; a small dent on the rear left corner above the rear light; some light scratch marks on the paint work on both sides from brushing past bushes and twigs on country lanes; a few very small patches of cosmetic surface rust. 

The conversion itself was completed by the van’s second owner, the son of a carpenter – it is decked out in light wood which has been fitted to a high standard and gives the van a cosy, cabin-like feel. Features include:
