An opportunity for any USA non-resident to enjoy RV life in
the Americas. As New Zealanders, we registered our RV in Montana, so no sales
tax, no annual technical inspections that can cost anywhere from US $150 to
$1,200. US Registration is paid for life, so no future expenditure there. Can
be driven on a car licence. Currently in under cover storage near Dallas Fort

We have decided that we would like to spend more time on the
road and therefore we have decided to get a larger RV. We have thoroughly
enjoyed the quality, living space, comfort and functionality of our Safari
Trek. She has given us many trouble-free miles of adventures, but now it is
time for somebody new to enjoy.

2008 28RB2 (29’5” or 9metres long), no slide-outs (to leak
or go wrong). 120,000 miles, gently driven for last 10+ years by 2 mature
owners. Generator has only 560 hours, reflecting light use. Used a few weeks
per year. Meticulously maintained and upgraded with full maintenance history
last 10 years. Great internal and mechanical condition for age.

The GM 8.1L Fuel Injected Vortex Engine is mated to an
Allison 6-speed overdrive automatic transmission with cruise control, grade
brake Power Steering and ABS. Power Heated Remote Exterior Mirrors, a large
1-piece windscreen with multi-position electric driver & passenger
sunvisors and 3 rear view cameras ensures it is easy to drive with plenty of
power. Flexsteel Six-Way adjustable Pilot and Co-Pilot Cockpit Recliner Seats
with Integrated Seatbelts assure a comfortable driving experience. Fuel Tank
Capacity is 75 Gallons (300L). Suspension upgrades include Bilstein Shocks
(2023). Hendersons installed a Safe t steer steering stabilizer, Ultra Trac
rear Bar, HD sway bar in 2018.

A 5.5kW generator (remote start from dash), 2 x 200Ah house
batteries, 4 solar panels, 2,000Watt inverter, 50Amp electric hook-up, a 20
gallon (80L) LPG (propane) tank, 60 gallons (240L) of fresh water, a 60 gallon (240L)
grey water tank, 40 Gallon (160L) Black Water tank and LED lighting throughout ensure
you can camp wherever you want. There is a Thetford Sanicon macerator
grey/black water disposal system that is so much cleaner, faster and easier
than the traditional system.

A powerful Aircon with Heat pump (new in 2018), ducted gas (LPG)
central heating, an electric drop down Queen bed plus a sofa bed, a fully
automatic hydraulic levelling system ensure a comfortable night’s sleep for 2
or 4. There are privacy and blackout screens on all windows.

The LED TV (new in 2018) and CD/Radio with Bluetooth
(refurbished in 2023) are mated to a 5 speaker surround sound system with
Sub-Woofer. There is a Wilson Mobile 4G Cell Signal Booster, and Digital
Satellite System Prep. A Custom built (US$4,000) Cherry wood desk with keyboard
tray and storage is a useful addition to the living area.

There is very large bathroom / dressing room with Corian
counter top, lots of storage, and a porcelain toilet with electric flush. A 6 gallon
(24L) water heater (LPG and electric) supplies a full size shower. There are
also 3 electric fans in the RV (1 is reversible).

The kitchen has a Corain counter top, solid timber cabinetry
with ball bearing drawer guides, Double stainless steel sinks, LPG hob,
Microwave Convection oven, full size fridge/freezer (LPG and electric). A Water
filter assures clean water at all times. A fold-out hardwood dinette with 2
hardwood foldable chairs provide comfortable dining. Fully Tiled floor throughout,
with carpet laid over in living area and a Eureka Central Vacuum cleaner.

Outside, a large power awning (new in 2015) gives plenty of
shade. There is lots of storage behind Side-Hinged Baggage Doors. The entry
step is powered and automatic. The Full-Body Paint polishes up very well.

To the rear a 5,000 Lb. tow hitch is mated to a Custom
Motorcycle & Bicycle carrier.

Issues: Some clear coat peeling, front and rear cap (common
on this model), some scratches, mirror chrome has some peeling.
