This is a solid old truck with a great looking patina. Cab corners are solid but there are a few bumps and scrapes, however in very good shape for 72 years old.
This was a complete, running and driving truck when I got it, but I have started to strip it down, I have unbolted most of the panels, but the cab, engine and drive train are all still connected to the chassis. My plan was to swap out the original chassis and mount onto a Ford Explorer chassis (available) and then put it all back together as it is.
The drivers side door window is cracked, but that is easy to source and replace, and the seats do need recovering for the right look, but as I said, the truck was complete and all of the parts are there.
For the right price, the truck will come with the 1998 Explorer rolling chassis.
