Imported in 2010 as a rust free California car by the late lady owner: she undertook a massive & painstaking restoration of the car spending around £150,000 on the vehicle for which full bills are on file. After that the car was sparingly used by her on high days & holidays until her passing.

The car is finished in its original colour of medium metallic blue with new grey hide to the seats & new grey carpets. The restoration brief was to make the car as modern day useable as possible. To that end the car was fited with Programmable electronic ignition with 12 coil packs integrated with electronic fuel injection meaning the car starts instantly from cold first time, every time & immediatly settles down to an even idle.

The bills are extensive & eye watering with just about eveything that could have been done to the car mechanically, having been done to it. It is a simply beautiful car to drive wiith serious modern day performance to match. The car sits on a newly manufactured set of Turrino chrome wire wheels that suit the car admirably & are shod with new tyres all round.Also an expensive digital radio in period casing was installed along with a new aluminium radiator to period pattern,a stainless exhaust system and full sound proofing.

These Maserati cars really epitomised the concept of a rapid cross continent grand routier in the 1960’s and are an amazing driving experience infinitely preferable in my mind to similar Aston Martin products. They offer comfort & space for 4 passengers & really are very very useable cars. This one comes to us in impeccable condition ready for serious use.
