1967 Volvo 221 combi.

Lovely old Volvo amazon estate imported from the Netherlands in 2017.

The car is in very good solid condition and is perfectly useable .

The B18 engine starts easily and sounds good. Nice clutch and gearbox with no whining.The brakes have been overhauled with new flexi pipes.

The interior is nice and original, the rubber mats were perished and have been replaced with carpets. The headlining is generally good although there are a few small tears in the rear left as you can see in the photos. Everything works, even the Volvo radio!

Underneath, it is solid. the front inner wings are very good and there are some inner wing liners with the car which I took off when i got it to see what was underneath. Luckily they had done their job well.

The dashboard corners(underneath) are also in good condition and have never been repaired. The car has had some welding in the past but is good and does not need any welding. The rear floors have been replaced in the past and are not the ribbed pattern replacements. In the future They would be better if replaced with genuine Volvo sections.

The car is registered in the UK and I still have the original Dutch registration certificate.  There is a genuine Volvo handbook and some other bills etc included.

To sum up: Great old amazon, solid in all the right places. Not perfect but just nice like it is.

Delivery can be arranged at extra cost. I am in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.

Only 80 miles away from Hull if any Dutch buyers want to take the car back in its home country. Open to reasonable offers.
