1976 B200 Dodge Custom Van.
Original Calif Street/Boogie Custom van built by Bizi-Bodi custom van shop of San Jose, California (rare find).
The van is completely original and has not been altered from the Bizi-Bodi build in any way.
Still wearing its original paint that has faded out to give the van an amazing patina finish.
The body and underside has been preserved very well and is incredibly dry with no structural rust showing.
Front and rear chrome bumpers in great shape.
Original Cragar wheels, tyres are shot and dry rotted.
Dual side exit exhaust.
Single piece rear opening door.
Interior is all original with 2 captain seats up front and 2 behind with bed and cabinets in the rear and the remnants of the shag carpet throughout.
360 V8 engine and 727 auto box.
The van was found and shipped 6 mths ago after sitting in storage and off the road for 20yrs.Van came to me field fresh and hadn’t been started in years. I worked on getting it started and replaced the fuel pump, new Holley carb, new plugs and leads etc . The van now starts and runs off a temporary fuel tank as the original tank needs cleaning. Original tank is plastic so possibly would clean out ok or a new replacement will be needed along with sender and new fuel lines etc.
The van now starts runs and moves about the yard under its own power but still needs work to make roadworthy, it will need brakes going through, tyres etc etc hence i am listing this as a project.
Pretty cool rare original unrestored street van project.
